Junior Knit Club is a series of five weekly Tuesday afternoon sessions, and is suitable for anyone under 15 who enjoys making things and would like to learn to knit, or improve their knitting.

Absolute beginners will start by learning how to cast on and knit, and will then move onto knitting a cowl or a hat. Each week we’ll take the project on a bit further so that by the end of the 5 weeks each junior knitter can go home with a finished piece.

On-the-way knitters  can choose from a range of new projects including hats, cowls, bags and leg warmers.

We’ll have lots of brightly coloured wools and wooden needles to work with, and drinks and snacks to keep everyone going.

Each class runs for one hour from 4.00 to 5.00 pm
