Pole is a lovely yarn made from a blend of 70% wool and 30% baby alpaca, which comes from selected farms in the Andean altiplano, in Peru and Bolivia.

Pole is a thick yarn, with a remarkably soft feel. It is formed with 3 slightly twisted strands and can be knitted with an 7-8mm needles. The colours of Pole are soft and slightly faded shades, suitable for warm and soft pieces for winter. The alpaca which makes this yarn extremely soft requires hand washing, if possible with organic natural soap, without spinning. It is also recommended to dry flat.
