Guilia and Stefania created this yarn using their favourite Italian fibres: wool, alpaca and mohair, blended and worsted spun in local small mills near Biella. The skeins are then skeined and hand dyed in their dye studio in Genova.
The yarn is soft and smooth with just a hint of semi-solidness in the colouring.
Lanivendole yarns are made following a short chain production, which is 100% traceable: it begins with fibre gathering directly from local breeders and proceeds in two mills where the fibre is blended and spun into yarn. It ends in the dyeing studio where they hand dye the skeins in small batches.
