This is yarn to be taken in small doses and treated with reverance. Knitting with the Travelknitter’s Tanami Lace is so extraordinary that we only recommend it for occasional – and very special – use.  Not usually given to hyperbolic descriptions, we’re waving the white flag on this one. The coincidence of this baby camel-silk fibre blend with the Travelknitter’s signature jewel tones of layered colour, all spun into a lace weight gauge, has created an exquisite thread. Use all 800m of a single skein to make a generous sized shawl with lustre from the silk, downy softness from the camel, and a depth of colour that the Travelknitter keeps as a closely guarded secret.
