We hope you are happy with your purchases from Wild and Woolly, but if for any reason, you decide they are not right for you and you would like to cancel and return your order, please use the form below within 30 days of receiving it to arrange a return and refund.

Returned products should be unused in a resale-able condition to qualify for a refund.

This policy is in line with the EU Withdrawal of Contract directive and only applies to physical items purchased from the shop, and not to events which have a separate cancellation policy.

In the event of an order cancellation (withdrawal), Wild and Woolly will refund the amount paid including postage and tax/customs as part of the original returned order.

Wild and Woolly does not cover the cost of return postage.

Please pack your returned order carefully to avoid damage in transit. Returned orders from outside of the UK should be clearly labelled “Returned Goods” in order to avoid any additional customs fees.
