Get started with knitting and learn the knit and purl basics in this fun three hour class.

The class is suitable for complete knitting novices – no previous experience is necessary.

You will learn how to:

  • cast on
  • knit
  • purl
  • create a thumb hole
  • cast off
  • sew up

You will finish the class with a cosy hand warmer and all you need to make another one at home.

Materials

All materials are included in the cost of the class including a ball of chunky wool and your own set of knitting needles.

Skills Required

This class is suitable for absolute beginners. No previous experience of knitting is required!

Cancellation Policy

When booking your ticket, please make sure you are able attend on the date selected. In general, our classes are non-refundable. Exceptions to this rule will be wholly dependent on whether we can re-sell your ticket to someone on a waiting list, in which case a 90% refund or date change will be considered.  For this reason we urge you to contact us at the earliest opportunity if you wish to cancel your booking.  Please email us for more details.

In the event that we need to cancel a class, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund or an alternative booking date.
