Book Signing and Trunk Show: Shorelines by Rebecca Clow

We are thrilled to announce that Rebecca Clow will be joining us in the shop on Saturday afternoon to celebrate the publication of her first hardback collection of patterns: Shorelines, Knits from Scottish Coasts. We’ll have books for signing, knitted samples of the patterns, and you’ll be able to discuss techniques and pattern details with Rebecca, and get advice about yarns and substitutions.

If you’d like to reserve your copy in advance for collection on 5 December, you can order the book here, and choose ‘collect from shop’ at the checkout. We won’t charge you any postage and we will keep it by for you to get signed when you come to the shop. Alternatively if you want to collect your copy at a later date, we can arrange to get it signed for you whilst Rebecca is with us.

Presented as a love letter to the Scottish coasts where Rebecca has grown up, Shorelines is a collection that draws inspiration from traditional ganseys and Scotland’s rich knitting heritage. Brisk sea breezes and rolling coastal mist, combine with her design skill to bring a rare blend of cosy, versatile and practical.
