And just like that, the year picked up speed and we’ve hurtled through to the last lap. With the marvellous help of The Sunny Sign Co’s window painter, and a troupe of very well dressed knitted bunnies, our end of year window has been transformed into an underground rabbit’s burrow that is twinkling beautifully in the Lower Clapton winter gloom.

All that’s left to do now is to sort out the presents!
So here’s the plan..
The shop will be open for it’s normal schedule (12 to 6pm Tuesdays to Fridays, 10.30 to 6pm Saturdays) up to and including 21 December.

**PLUS** We’ll also be open until 8pm for a special late night shopping evening we’re doing along with all our friends on Lower Clapton Road on Wednesday 11 December. You can wrap up the whole gift project in one night with books, art, bags, trinkets, and even a groovy haircut at Shorties! plus if you’re flagging from all that excitement, you can refuel with special snacks at our sweet and delicious neighbours, Hai Cafe and Caseys who will be open specially for that evening.

The late night shopping slightly overlaps with our Late Night Knitty Lock-in but but if you’re ok with that, so are we 🙂

**PLUS PLUS** we’ll be open for last minute knitting and gift emergencies on Tuesday 24th with a special 10.30am to 2.30pm Christmas eve schedule.

After that the shop will take a break and stay closed until 7 January when Brontë and I will reappear rested, rejuvinated and kitted out in lots of fabulous new knitwear that we’ll have caught up with finishing over the holiday.
